Raleigh Wedding DJ: Emily and Jay tied the Knot!

Emily Termotto and Jay Schieda were married in Savannah, Georgia on New Years' Eve - 2014. The venue was The Savannah Station. The building was originally constructed in 1902 as a stable for horses that hauled freight wagons for The Southern Express Company. In 1918, it was sold to The American Railway Express, which in its day was synonymous with United Parcel Service of today, and was used as a garage and truck depot for their commercial trucks. Now known as Savannah Station. The building has 12,000 square feet of event space and is absolutely stunning!

Emily and Jays' reception was on the biggest party day of the year and this party was no exception! There were 300+ guests surrounded by beautiful holiday and wedding decor.

The reception began and the guests filtered into the cocktail hour for live music. The double doorway to the main reception hall swung open and the family and friends quickly filed in and prepared for the introductions. Each pair would be introduced to their own song of their choosing! Finally, Emily and Jay entered and the room went crazy! The entire wedding party ran out onto the dance floor for an instant dance frenzy to welcome the newly married couple to the ballroom...and that was just the beginning!

There was a warm welcome by Emily's father, the meal was blessed by the wedding officiant and dinner was served.

The meal was a plated and served for each guest and it was spectacular! The cake cutting and the toasts followed dinner and then there was a mad dash to the dance floor! The party had begun!

There was a brief break for the garter and bouquet toss then back to the dancing! The clock ticked to 11:59 and your favorite wedding DJ handled the official countdown to the new year with party favors and champagne for everyone! The party continued into the morning hours.

Kudos to the following team for their part in a perfect evening:
