Arielle and David Ballard got married in one of the most beautiful venues in the Southeast, Fearrington. The date was Friday, April 7, 2017.
The evening started with a custom mix of cocktail music specifically selected by Arielle and David, Mumford & Sons, Lumineers, Of Monsters and Men, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, The Beatles, The Temptations, and other old classics.
Arielle and David and their wedding party were introduced and we immediately transitioned to their first song as husband and wife: “The First Day of My Live” by Bright Eyes. One of the biggest surprises of the evening came after the romantic first dance when the music shifted to an immediate party with Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”, followed immediately by the Beatles’ “Twist & Shout”! The crowd went loco and the party had begun!
Arielle and David took over the dance floor and microphone, after the party explosion, for a heartfelt welcome and thank you and then dinner service began.
Arielle’s dance with her father was later in the evening; Bill Withers “Lean On Me”, followed immediately by David’s dance with his Mother; Louis Armstrong “What a Wonderful World”. The party shifted to 4th gear and the dance floor never saw any daylight until the evening!
