James and Trina Dixon got married on May 10, 2014. Their wedding ceremony and reception was held at one of the plushest, greenest and prettiest sites in the triangle, the North Carolina Botanical Gardens.
The ceremony was set up about 100 yards from the main courtyard, down the path and across a bridge in a picturesque opening near a small creek. It looked like something from a fairytale! The weather threatened, but our luck held out until minutes after the ceremony.
Family and friends were invited to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the terrace soon after the ceremony ended.
The reception followed with an incredible dinner created by the professionals at Catering Works and dancing served up by our favorite wedding DJ Company, Ninety Nine Entertainment!
James and Trina's first dance: Kip Moore - "Hey Pretty Girl"
Trina and her Fathers' dance: Michael Buble - "Everything"
James and his Mothers' dance: Ben E. King - "Stand by Me"
Kudos to the following teams for their excellent “performances”:
Venue: UNC Botanical Gardens
Catering: Catering Works
Photographer: Nikki McKenna
Cake Design: Hayes Barton
DJ/Entertainment: Ninety Nine Entertainment
Thank you to Trina and James for choosing Ninety Nine Entertainment to provide the music and the party for your wedding ceremony and reception! We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!
Keep on Dancing!
